Is it possible to dispute or appeal a failed NJ motor vehicle inspection? - motor vehicle defects laws
I was not due to a defect in the small black windshield. I do not think this has no effect on the structural integrity of the glass. If this argument or any evidence of the failure criteria?

I'm checking vehicles for over 30 years and have a safety inspection, it is expected that vehicles on the original manufacturer's specifications, including but not limited to: be maintained brakes, suspension, steering, alignment of the wheels, headlights, taillights, tires, horn, wipers, power windows and operation of wood, glass, lamps, mirrors, etc.
When it comes to the windscreens of vehicles can with what you go there, unless they are blocked to see the (inspectors), and if not, then there should be a time of appeal .... ...... .. .
