Note that most of the above responses of people in the United States and the laws on the disposal of May vary in Kuwaiti waters.

However, you must legally turn right on the lake water into the ocean dump. If the tank is not water, you can consider it as an option.

You can also use the boat in the water in a place that has a pump pumping station or put the vessel out of service.

If the boat is portable, you can create a system that is able to do time-travel empty.

It Caddy with the Wast your tank through the normal pump in and out of a plastic tank on wheels, you can enable a download center transport pump. You can buy online here: http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/sto ...

I lived in Ocracoke, North Carolina, where the pumping station is only paid between $ 30 and so pumped when I need my fuel pump for 3 miles to sail on the sea and dumping in the Sun If you have an option of discharge to sea (or a hand pump or electric grinder) can pump do the same. Not sure if the laws of Kuwait, but may even be less than 3 miles from legally dispose of waste.

There are several hand grenades, as the pump "Whale used. Be Able to waste a portable tank, which can be well drained and transfer a drainage pipe. They are for both recreational vehicles and boating. You can order online or visit the sports car dealer in Kuwait.

When the pump is turned off is a problem, you could also just as good before and set a cut line of the pump so that water pump is best if it is legal.
