Examples Of Discrimination With Hearing Impaired Persons What Examples Could Qualify As Discrimination To Hearing Impaired In The Workplace Under The ADA?

What examples could qualify as discrimination to hearing impaired in the workplace under the ADA? - examples of discrimination with hearing impaired persons

My daughter has struck a moderate hearing loss with hearing aids and are happy about discrimination at work (restaurant). We know that laws against discrimination in general agreement with the ADA but Arent sure that what we need to know that it constitutes discrimination in this regard, and we do not know why?

We have problems with his manager and his unfair treatment in the promotion of the service had (which is a lot of the time, but held back and went to a server)

Other servers could not place on that test menu, if it was proven that point to survive. This test must be completed and can be approved with one hundred and four twenties, before a server.
He was not adapting well to their needs. The phone reception on the stand in a position, instead it is placed on the wall and the flashing light easily visible. You can hear the phone yet, you need easy to know when an incoming call, and asked the Directors to move the phone too many times in the past. You have so.There other incidents were also good, but it is the largest.

Any thoughts and examples on this subject would be appreciated:)
Thank you!

Examples of accommodations.

If you do not answer to your question here, you are looking for a lawyer for the rights of disabled people.

Good luck.
