If you are on the swine flu is concerned, do not let the media come to a real panic. Put it in the back of the head and not think about it. Who will drive you crazy. You can reduce your chances of becoming ill with a cold or the flu by practicing basic hygiene rules. Wash your hands. Do not touch your face if your hands are clean. Patients are encouraged to relax for a day or 2, not to share utensils, glassSES, etc, etc.

Do not stay away from sick people and wash their hands frequently. Do not go to Mexico. However, it is very serious, because it is pursuing a new line of what happened.
