Ontario, Canada Home Buyer's Plan? - first time home buyer ontario

I live in Ontario and I bought my first house in January 2007. I decided that the buyer of our plan proposed by the government to use part of my down payment to finance with the money from my RRSP.

If I understand correctly, I received the papers of the government telling me how much to pay and when the money back.

It is now May 2009 and have received nothing.

Can anyone comment? Thank you!
