They should put the eggs in the water before you start with boiling water ... when the water begins, for the period from 15 minutes to boil. Cooking is no longer, as most of the kitchen and then gray. After fleeing with boiling water, then placed in cold water for 10 minutes Thay are so cool and does not burn. For this you will see that you end up with Perfit deviled eggs ... Would you like a big stuffed eggs respectively. I PDB, if you wish.

Make sure your eggs are too fresh. Do not use eggs after the expiration date, but allow them to remain in the refrigerator for several days before use. Fresh eggs are difficult to peel. Then cook and drain the hot water (carefully) and cover eggs with cold water. Peel, if you drive safely and try to cook eggs filled hot because the mix from the best ingredients. Here in the south add Mayo (I use light), mustard, cucumbers (a little pickle juice, too), white pepper and salt. Mix the eggs with paprika and top stuff. Mmmm, Mighty tasty!

Place eggs in a bowl with cold water, add a healthy dose of salt. Place the pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat out. Increase would wait 15 to 20 (this is for you to judge the state law), while the hot water. that is, until most of the kitchen. Never seen an egg that has green around the edges and the taste of sulfur .... While cooking. If the weather is cold eggs in cold water, cold water is best. Peal and serve

Yes, salt water. This strengthens the skin and prevents cracks.

Start with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for six minutes Let stand in warm water for four minutes, then put water INCOLD and remove the shell. I am also the first time in water, stir wise to watch carefully to avoid breaking the shells from the center of the egg yolk to the whole world seems perfect, if you serve them (not neeed salt water)
