I am also curious about how you have all the paperwork management. My wedding will be quite informal (buffet, guys, do not wear tuxedo suits, cowboy boots, etc..) I do not want my address is not officially invited to the topic. Is it okay to just "John and Joan Smith" instead of "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith"?
