I too was a doctor but the doctor said, he pulled my ribs and growth, but do not know if it really is, and I'm worried about dying.
I am an overweight teenager and I have deep breaths, breathing pain in the chest and near my breasts, it's as if I roads and pressure on him, I would say that it hurts, especially in the night and the death worry, I know that sounds stupid, but I always have, and what we believe, as I said here, I wonder why I'm worried and I told the doctor.

Seems to be something to be feared.
You say you are overweight, it is the most likely cause of asphyxia and the pressure that you (take the preponderance you without wanting to sound rude).
Your best bet is to try to lose weight, I'm sure you already do, but that does not help, I'm sure you will feel much better.
Go to another doctor and get a second opinion.
Chest pain should not be simply dismissed.
